HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Just click on the “register” link at the top, right-hand corner of the page and you will be prompted to create your own account. We securely save your information so you don’t have to enter it again. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

HOW DO I CREATE CARDS?
Creating your own card is simple. First, select the card design desired. Once selected, the design editor will open on your screen. The editor allows you to personalize your item with text and photos. Add photos by clicking the "Add images to your selection" link to upload your photos. Once your photos have been added to the editor, simply drag and drop a photo into the image box on the card. Click on the image/text boxes to open the available editing options.

GREETING CARD SIZES
Our greeting cards and stationery items are either 4.125” x 5.25” (flat or folded) or 5” x 7” (flat or folded). The finished product size will be reflected in the item description.

As indicated by design, each card will feature either a portrait or landscape layout.

WHAT TYPE OF PAPER IS USED?
All greeting cards and stationary items are printed on heavy, white cardstock. Playing cards are printed on casino-quality playing card stock.

We use high-quality, professional digital printing presses.

WHEN CAN I ORDER?
Place your order online any time, our website is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

HOW DO I ORDER ENVELOPES?
All greeting cards automatically come with a corresponding quantity of white envelopes (specified during checkout).

We use PayPal as our payment gateway. Please note - you are not required to have a PayPal account to make a payment using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Completed orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We will utilize the best shipping options available to ensure your order arrives on time based on the service level selected at the time of checkout. We offer two service levels – standard or expedited shipping. Standard shipments will arrive 5-7 business days after you place your order and expedited shipments will arrive in 2-4 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Currently, we do not ship internationally.

WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER?
Minimum order quantities vary by product. When you add your product to the cart, the minimum order quantity will be displayed as the default.

SALES TAX
We are required to collect sales tax on orders being shipped to locations within the state of Kansas. Locations outside of Kansas are exempt from sales tax. We do not ship outside of the United States.

PHOTOGRAPH SPECIFICATIONS
- Hi Res, JPEG Format - 600 dpi & less than 4 megabytes in size
- Color Images – RGB JPEG
- Black & White – Grayscale JPEG

Please be careful when choosing your photographs! Our system will recognize if a picture does not have the correct resolution, but does not recognize if the picture is blurry, out of focus, or overexposed.
